We added a new function for District Governors ONLY.
They can now send a Personalized E-Mail to ALL members in their district in just a click of the mouse!
The “link” to E-MAIL ALL is at the top (right) of their screen, just to the LEFT of the LOGOUT link.
We have added 3 additional Membership Directory “layouts”…a 10-up and a 14-up format. We had to drop some the “member detail information”, but this makes for a really nice “phone directory”, with other contact information, as well as retaining their photo.
In addition, there is a 1-up layout (and #8 Member’s profile as a PDF) now available. These are suitable to printing and handing out to your membership. They can correct their own data on the sheet and give them back to the club (or hopefully encourage them to update their own information on-line).
This is probably ONE of the BIGGEST time-savers for the clubs, that we have put in the system this year!
How do I PRINT the Rotary Foundation Transmittal form from the database?
Just go to VIEW MY CLUB screen in database.
Then scroll down to top of Section 3…and
there is a “link” for Club REPORTS (click here)…
Once on the REPORTS selection screen,
choose #2 Rotary Foundation Transmittal.
Fill in the “default Amount”, such as $25 to populate ALL the members (and then make changes to the individual amounts as necessary).
Then click on the Process Page button to get the “printed page” to mail to RI. THAT’s IT.
Now, when you LOGOUT of the DaCdb, you will now be able to “click” the GO TO DISTRICT WEB SITE link at the top right of the LOGIN screen. This takes you to your district’s home page.
We have now added the function for AGs to send personalized mail to the Club Presidents in their area, in just a couple of clicks.
When an AG signs onto the DaCdb, there is a new “tab” called Area Govs. Just move the mouse to the “tab” and then select LIST AREAS. Then just click on the P-Mail function to send them a personalized e-mail message.
Many of you have asked me how I handle “spam” e-mail, since I get over 5,000 spam messages a DAY!
And another question I get frequently refers to the “backing UP” your systems…actually it is usually “My system has crashed, what do I do now?”

We added another section to the bottom the Member’s VIEW DATA screen. It now shows all the Committees for the current year that a Member is on (both district and club committees are displayed)
